Every month Travel Weekly, a travel industry publication, sends it mystery shopper around the UK to find the best agents on the high street. Here's what they've had to say when they visited us.

"All four agents were busy when I entered, but three acknowledged me immediately, which made me feel like a valued customer. After the first agent who served me heard my holiday requirements she asked if I would mind waiting until the agent who specialised in Canadian holidays became available. The two-minute wait was worthwhile because of the wealth of detailed information the expert offered. She gave me three brochures, suggested upgrading on train journeys, and told me about bus tours, and itineraries to Alaska.
She said she couldn't do a full quote straight away, but took my details and offered to do more research and follow up next week. This extremely positive and upbeat service gave me real confidence in the agency and I wouldn't hesitate to return to the branch.

Our Paisley branch was visited on the 12th of February with the brief of finding:-
"a seven-night Red Sea holiday for a couple interested in taking a PADI qualification".

"Despite being busy, I was immediately acknowledged by a smiling agent. She recommended Sharm el-Sheikh as it is easy to get to and all-inclusive because it’s not much more expensive than bed and breakfast.
The agent then compared several hotels, explaining facilities and distances to the resort and beach. Quotes included £529 per person at the Sonesta Club. The agent said details of diving packages were available at the hotel and tried to close the sale saying deals were limited.
The agency had an upbeat atmosphere. The agents seemed to be enjoying their work. They had good customer relations and referred to clients by name.
